私は普段、週末・休日のショートツーリングで"滝めぐり"をしています。

当然、滝から離れた場所にバイクを停めて、歩いて滝を見に行きます。

その道中は必ずしも整備されていません。

以前使用していた"ELF"や"TAICHI"のライディングシューズは、バイクを操作するには良い性能を持っていましたが、
山道を歩き、木の根や砂利道を踏みしめて、時に岩場を昇るには、どうしても不便でした。

私が選択したのは、カット低い【SWALLOW】です。

このタイプブーツにおける1番の不安要素は、履き始めるとブーツのトップエンド部分と足が擦れて痛くなるのではないだろうか？”という点だと思います。

しかし、その心配は不要でした。

トップエンドは薄めの牛皮で構成されています。その特性は、しなり強さよりも僅かに柔らかさを優先しており、履き始めてすぐに、バイクを操作している最中に脚に馴染んできました。

これ、スゴい事です。

The top end of this boot is made of thin cowhide.

Its characteristics favored slightly softness over flex strength.

As soon as I started wearing it, fited with my legs while I riding my motorcycle.

このライディングブーツの特徴である"バイク操縦用の斜めにカットされたヒール"は、ペダルに合わせるとレバーがイイ感じにきます。
